Shamanic Forensic Shadow Psychology

Holistic Existential Intuitive Healing

"During a session with me, Shadow Work is an intense, soul-deep journey where we unearth suppressed emotions, childhood wounds, past traumas, and limiting beliefs that hold you back. I represent a first-generation approach to psychology that bridges both polarities of mental healing, integrating a metaphysical, Native-based framework with a clinical and Forensic Psychology model. I also use an aggressive “NO BS” approach in Shamanic clairvoyance, intuitive guidance, and energy healing. I create a sacred space for you to face your shadows without fear or judgment. This process leads to profound self-awareness, emotional liberation, and deep healing, allowing you to reclaim your true power, confidence, and spiritual clarity. Expect to leave feeling lighter, more aligned, and deeply transformed." -Shaman Golden Skyy

“I am a Shamanic practitioner of existential Shadow Therapy, counseling, and holistic life coaching, devoted to guiding individuals through the complexities of human experience with depth, compassion, and psychological insight. My work centers on relationships, family systems, childhood trauma, and recovery from narcissistic abuse, supporting clients in understanding and transforming the unconscious patterns that shape their inner and relational worlds.

Integrating a shamanic and intuitive perspective with evidence-informed psychological frameworks, I create a space where shadow and self can be explored with both rigor and reverence. My approach honors the intersection of psyche and spirit, inviting clients into a process of self-confrontation, meaning-making, and authentic transformation.

As a graduate-level Forensic Psychology student pursuing a doctoral Clinical PsyD, I bring a developing clinical lens grounded in behavioral science, trauma awareness, and the study of human behavior in complex systems. This dual foundation allows me to bridge analytical depth with intuitive attunement, offering a therapeutic experience that is both intellectually informed and profoundly human. ”

Shamanic Forensic Psychology System & Framework

  • The Golden Skyy Methodology Framework System is a clinical-integrative, trauma-informed approach to relational and generational healing that combines principles from forensic psychology, existential shadow work, and holistic counseling and merged with Native and African traditions. Centered on the concept of “Healing the Family Roots,'“ this framework supports individuals in identifying, understanding, and processing unresolved trauma across primary and extended relational systems, including family , intimate relationships, and social environments.

The methodology operates in a structured two-phase process. The first phase focuses on exposure and assessment, bringing unconscious relational wounds-such as betrayal, abandonment, neglect, and attachment injuries-into conscious awareness though reflective inquiry and structured psychological mapping. The seconded phase emphasizes integration and reconstruction, where clients engage in shadow processing, narrative reauthoring, inner child work, and generational pattern recognition to interrupt inherited trauma cycles and restore psychological coherence.

This approach is both clinical and holistic, integrating evidence-informed trauma processing with intuitive and reflective practices to support emotional regulations, self-awareness, and identity reintegration. The Golden Skyy Methodology ultimately aims to facilitate the transformation of inherited psychological patterns into conscious agency, resilience, and relational health.

  • Carl Jung Framework & Key components:

    1. The Structure of the Psyche

Jung divided the psyche into three primary layers:

The Conscious Mind (Ego): Your current awareness—thoughts, identity, and perception.

The Personal Unconscious: Stored memories, repressed experiences, and emotional wounds unique to the individual.

The Collective Unconscious: A deeper, universal layer shared across humanity, containing inherited patterns and symbolic themes known as archetypes.

    2. The Shadow

The Shadow represents the parts of ourselves we reject, suppress, or deny—often shaped by early conditioning, trauma, or social expectations. Jung believed these disowned aspects don’t disappear; they influence behavior unconsciously, often showing up in projections, triggers, or self-sabotage. Shadow work involves recognizing, confronting, and integrating these aspects to restore psychological balance.

    3. Archetypes

Jung identified universal patterns of human experience called archetypes—such as the Self, Persona, Shadow, Anima/Animus, and the Hero. These archetypes appear in dreams, myths, and behaviors, acting as organizing forces within the psyche. Understanding them allows individuals to decode internal conflicts and life patterns symbolically rather than just logically.

    4. The Persona

The Persona is the “mask” we present to the world—our social identity. While necessary for functioning in society, over-identification with the persona can lead to disconnection from the authentic self, which is why shadow work often involves dismantling false identities.

    5. Individuation

This is the central goal of Jung’s framework—the process of becoming psychologically whole. Individuation involves integrating all aspects of the self (both light and shadow), aligning conscious and unconscious elements, and developing a deeper sense of authenticity and purpose.

    6. Dream Analysis & Symbolism

Jung placed heavy emphasis on dreams as a direct language of the unconscious. Symbols in dreams are not random—they are meaningful expressions of unresolved conflicts, growth processes, and archetypal forces seeking integration.
